Why is New Year, Same Me Important?
I didn’t make a resolutions list for 2022 because I didn’t want to create a massive “to-do” list that I probably wasn’t going to look at again for the rest of the year! How many of us have done that?
We have been influenced by society to make this list of goals we need to achieve each year. Instead, I created a list of 5 intentions for the year, this felt more aligned with me and more importantly, it felt realistic. Sometimes we want to do so much, it becomes overwhelming, and it starts to feel out of reach. That’s because we are trying to do “too much”, once you figure out what’s important to you and why then you can intentionally take action to do it and get it done.
Moving with intention is incredible because there is a purpose behind everything you do which allows you to stay in a flow.
Don’t let the hype get to you, we are all on a different journey and that is the beautiful part of life. Be you always no matter what because it's a new year but I will always be the same me.
